We are looking for a capable senior commercial property solicitor (6 years + PQE) to join at senior associate / junior partner level, depending on experience, to lead an internal team and spearhead client retention and development within it. Handling the whole range of commercial property work to include investment, development, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant / portfolio management, and property finance (both for lenders and for borrowers) both within the commercial and residential spheres . Some track record of team leadership, and client development, acting for entrepreneurial owner-managed property businesses, will be very helpful.
