IWG has acted for RDK International LLC, a company based in Dubai, in successfully resolving an action against two property companies.
RDK alleged substantial commissions and other monies due to it relating to the property companies had not been paid. Proceedings were issued by RDK in summer 2013 for c.£3m and a Part 20 Claim issued in Spring 2014 for c.£1.1m. Following an acrimonious battle and numerous interim applications the matter was resolved to the entire satisfaction of IWG’s client following the first day of a three week trial.
