
Four commercial dispute resolution lawyers have joined Ingram Winter Green, strengthening the firm’s litigation and insolvency services in London.
Michael Clinch, Will Searle, Neusha Mahazar and Joanna Wells bring a range of experience in resolving business disputes, from shareholder or partnership problems to boardroom wrangling, as well as contractual disputes with customers, suppliers or agents.
Michael and Will’s practice also covers disputes arising from professional negligence and infringement of intellectual property rights and advising high-net-worth individuals and closely held organisations on all aspects of business. Neusha and Joanna also undertake property litigation.
Michael Clinch and Will Searle will be spearheading the firm’s insolvency service, providing contentious and non-contentious support, and advising a range of clients in England and overseas, including:
