
IWG has advised on Guardian Realty Group’s £3.41m acquisition of the freehold of 16-18 Marshalsea Road, SE1 from the Dunhill Medical Trust.
The property is a 10,500 sq ft commercial building, purchased with partial vacant possession at a capital value of £327 per sq ft.
IWG property partner Paul Sheeter was lead adviser for Guardian Realty Group.
Property consultants Ereira Mendoza and WhiteCity Investment Brokerage acted jointly on behalf of the purchaser. The seller was advised by Veale Wasborough Vizards.
