IWG has concluded the final phase of bank financing arrangements for the Bulgaria Mall project in Sofia, Bulgaria (www.bulgariamall.bg/en). The latest phase implemented a re-organisation of the construction finance facility provided by Unicredit Bank Austria and Unicredit Bulbank. Negotiation of those arrangements facilitated completion of the 19-storey office tower on top of the Mall, the final part of the construction programme for this prestigious project.
MRPI International is the project developer of Bulgaria Mall, and the principal contractor is Cordeel. Equity finance for the project was arranged by Salamanca Capital and Flemings. The banks were represented by CMS Austria.
