Sanjay is a partner in the litigation department, having moved to IWG in 2003 from a niche commercial firm in North West London.  Over the years Sanjay has been instructed on a broad range of contentious matters from joint venture disputes and acrimonious partnership dissolutions to professional negligence claims and complex landlord and tenant matters.

He is commercially minded and takes a proactive approach towards case management whilst adopting a no-nonsense attitude.  His practice continues to evolve and encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation with an emphasis on contentious landlord and tenant matters, property litigation and insolvency.  Sanjay is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
