Richard Lyne joined IWG in November 2021 and prior to this, worked in firms based in East London/Essex, Kent and West London/Surrey.

Richard has a broad litigation experience, with a focus now being on property and commercial litigation. His experience includes but is not limited to possession claims, dilapidations, illegal evictions, boundary and neighbour disputes, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and enforcement of judgments. Richard may advise on general commercial litigation and property litigation matters and can assist from pre-action through to trial as well as seeking to reach a settlement through discussions or at mediation.
