Paul is a senior partner at IWG, having joined as a partner in 1998. Paul has extensive expertise across the spectrum of real estate activity, gained over nearly 30 years.  The core of his practice consists of long-established clients who have grown from small to large property businesses.  He has developed a specific niche and in-depth knowledge of investment work for both onshore and offshore entities, secured lending work (acting for both lenders and borrowers), and bespoke funding agreements. He also has comprehensive experience of cross-border real estate work, often acting for investors outside of the UK, focusing on the commercial management of the acquisition and disposal and UK source funding.

As a fluent Hebrew speaker, he has fostered an extensive client and contact base in Israel where he acts for both onshore and offshore Israeli nationals.  His focus in transactions is to be pro-active, speedy and commercial, with the aim of getting the deal done as effectively as possible for the client.  Away from work, apart from being a family man, he is a keen sports follower and player with an addiction to tennis. He also travels widely.
