Divyesh joined IWG as a newly qualified lawyer in 1996 and is now a partner in the litigation department. He has a broad commercial litigation practice with a property bias. In his time at IWG, Divyesh has gained vast experience in all aspects of real property law and property litigation including leasehold disputes and claims arising out of mortgages.

His commercial litigation practice has necessitated dealing with all types of business litigation and advisory work in commercial, chancery, insolvency and contentious probate matters.  Outside the office, he is a family man and a trustee of a charity involved in improving treatments, care and awareness for children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He speaks fluent Gujarati and Hindi.
