Ben Horack

Ben is a partner in IWG’s litigation department and has been involved in a diverse range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, property-related matters and partnership disputes. A substantial proportion of his work in recent years has involved shareholder disputes and disputes between competing business-owners. He has also acted in various professional negligence and fraud matters, including in relation to solicitors, valuers and architects.  He has been involved in lengthy trials and several Court of Appeal cases, but the majority of disputes on which he has acted have settled, either by direct negotiation with the other side or through mediation.
