Selina joined IWG in January 2024 and is a Solicitor in our corporate, commercial and finance department. Prior to joining IWG, Selina worked in West End and Mayfair boutique firms acting for a variety of international high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2014, Selina has gained a wide scope of experience advising clients in relation to M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint venture arrangements, lending and bank finance, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance, as well as general commercial contracts, such as terms and conditions, service agreements and consultancy agreements. Many of the transactions that Selina has acted on involve a cross border element and working alongside other UK and overseas agents and qualified professionals, such as tax advisors, accountants, registered agents and local lawyers.
