Will is a commercial litigation solicitor with particular experience in corporate and commercial disputes, with recent experience including:

• sale of goods disputes in the Commercial Court;
• Disputes arising from corporate transactions including disputes arising from sale and purchase agreements conducted by LCIA arbitration;
• Shareholder disputes under s994 of the companies act 2006 and disputes concerning  joint ventures;
• Intellectual property disputes: and
• Insolvency disputes.

Prior to becoming a Solicitor Will was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at a professional sports team. He retains an interest in professional sport.

Will is also studying for an LLM in international corporate and commercial law at Kings College London and has an interest in environmental law
