Oliver Grisenthwaite

property Department

Oliver is a solicitor in the property department. He joined IWG in March 2023, after qualifying at Streathers in December 2021.

Oliver studied History and French as an undergraduate, spending one year teaching in a school in the outskirts of Paris. He has used his French with clients when needed. Oliver completed a law conversion and achieved a distinction in his Masters in Law at the University of Law in 2019.

Oliver has experience in both residential and commercial property matters. He has dealt with acquisitions, disposals and refinancing, working with individual and corporate clients. He has also advised landlords and tenants in both the retail and restaurant sectors.

Outside the office, Oliver enjoys travelling, cycling and running.
